What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect what you type: your name, your phone number, your email if you choose to share it, your state, what you're asking about, and your preferred time for a call. If you took the fit check and then submitted the form, your fit check answers come with it. I also record whether you checked the text message consent box and when, the page you submitted from, and your browser type. If you call, text, or email me, I keep the contact information you share the way any small business keeps a phone book.
This site does not require accounts and does not collect payment information.
How I use it
One purpose: to respond to you and help you with insurance options you asked about. Form submissions are delivered to my customer relationship system (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which also sends appointment confirmations and, if you opted in, text messages. I may call, text, or email you back at the contact points you provided.
Text messages
If you check the consent box, I may text you about your request. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. Mobile opt-in information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full terms are in the Text Messaging Terms.
What I never do
- I do not sell your information.
- I do not rent your information to marketers.
- I do not add you to bulk mailing lists you didn't ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and does not identify you personally. The booking calendar is provided by HighLevel and may set its own cookies when you use it.
Sharing
If we work together on an application, your information is shared with the insurance company you apply to, because that is how applications work. Otherwise, information is only shared if the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
I keep contact records as long as they are useful for serving you, or as long as insurance regulations require. Want your contact information corrected or deleted? Ask. Call (305) 331-6906 or email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.
