How I help

Three ways to protect your people.

Plain answers first, products second. Here is the shape of it.

Protect your family's income

If your paycheck stopped tomorrow, the bills would keep coming. Term life replaces your income for the years your family counts on it. Simple coverage, sized to your life.

Term life

Lock in coverage that lasts

Whole life and final expense coverage stays with you. Your rate locks in on day one and stays level for life. It quietly makes sure a funeral is paid for before anyone has to think about it.

Whole life · Final expense

Money for the years ahead

Some plans build value you can use while you're living. Others turn savings into steady income for retirement. We keep it simple, and we go at your pace.

Indexed universal life · Annuities

Not sure which fits? That's my job. Call (305) 331-6906.

Why it matters

A funeral should not become a bill for the people you love.

Most families find out the cost at the worst possible week. A final expense policy is a small monthly promise that yours won't. Coverage can be sized to your budget, and if you qualify, it can start right away.

About Evan

You work with me. Just me.

Independent means I work for you, not for one insurance company.

I'm Evan Richard, a licensed life insurance agent based in Brick, New Jersey. I compare plans from many insurance companies and tell you the truth about which one fits. If a plan is wrong for you, I say so.

You get my number, not a queue. I answer my own phone. I run my own numbers. I file my own paperwork. And when life changes in five years, you call the same person who set you up. That is the whole model.

How it works

Three steps. No homework.

  1. We talk.

Ten minutes on the phone. You tell me about your family, your health, your budget. I listen.

  2. We compare.

I shop plans from multiple insurance companies and show you the two or three that actually fit. Real numbers, plain English.

  3. You're covered.

Apply by phone in one call. If you qualify, coverage can start the same day. Then you keep my number.

Questions

Asked and answered.

It depends on your age, your health, and how much coverage you want. Many final expense plans run $30 to $90 a month. Term life for a healthy adult often costs less than a monthly streaming bill. On one short call I can give you real numbers, not estimates.

Often, no. Many plans ask health questions instead of an exam, and some skip bloodwork entirely. It depends on the coverage and your history. I'll tell you exactly what's involved before we apply, not after.

Being declined once does not mean you're done. Different companies weigh health history differently. If you qualify with one of them, my job is to find it. And if nothing fits right now, I'll tell you that straight too.

Most applications happen in one phone call. If you qualify, many plans can put coverage in force the same day. Some take a few days. I'll give you a straight timeline before we start.

No. Everything can happen by phone, from your first question to the finished policy. If you're near the Shore and would rather sit down face to face, we can do that too.

It's a smaller whole life policy built to cover a funeral and the bills that follow. The median funeral with burial runs about $8,300, per the National Funeral Directors Association. A final expense policy makes sure that money is there fast, so grief never comes with an invoice.

No. The insurance company pays me, and the price of the policy is the same either way. You get someone in your corner without paying extra for it.

New Jersey is home base, and I hold licenses in 14 more states. Call and I'll confirm yours in ten seconds. My National Producer Number is 22191176 if you'd like to look me up.
