What I collect

If you use the contact form, I collect what you type: your name, your phone number, your email if you choose to share it, and your preferred time for a call. If you call, text, or email me, I keep the contact information you share the way any small business keeps a phone book.

This site does not require accounts and does not collect payment information.

How I use it

One purpose: to respond to you and help you with insurance options you asked about. Form submissions are delivered to my customer relationship system so I don't lose your request. I may call, text, or email you back at the contact points you provided.

What I never do

I do not sell your information.
I do not rent your information to marketers.
I do not add you to bulk mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Sharing

If we work together on an application, your information is shared with the insurance company you apply to, because that is how applications work. Otherwise, information is only shared if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

I keep contact records as long as they are useful for serving you, or as long as insurance regulations require. Want your contact information corrected or deleted? Ask. Call (305) 331-6906 or email [email protected] and I'll take care of it.
